PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

All products are subject to availability. While every effort is made to show only in stock items, there may be instances where we run out of stock of an item. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please note that this is not a guarantee of product availability. Upon final processing and shipment of your order, you will receive a second confirmation of your order and its shipping details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Duties and other import related taxes and fees assessed by the recipient’s local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have any way of estimating what these costs are.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

All shipments are delivered free worldwide unless noted otherwise in the product description.

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Please factor this in when estimating your order's delivery time.

Orders shipped from the United States with USPS usually ships within 7 to 10 business days. Please allow a slight delay during holiday and festive periods.

Approximate shipping times for products shipped from outside the United States (does not include weekends and public holidays):

  1. US, Canada, UK, Europe*, Asia* (most countries) ~ 14 to 21 business days.
  2. Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, South America*, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Middle East, South Africa, Rest of the world ~ 14 to 45 business days.
  3. Colombia, Kuwait, Russia ~ 20 to 45 business days.

* Exceptions apply:

  • Orders to Colombia/Kuwait/Lebanon are subject to cancellations if we are unable to find a suitable shipping method. We have previously encountered problems shipping to these three countries and in general, we try to upgrade shipping at our cost, whenever possible.
  • Lebanon: Paypal does not currently accept payments from Lebanon and the alternative is to pay via Western Union. Please email us at lidstreetshop@gmail.com if you are placing an order from Lebanon.
Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there is no tracking updates for more than 30 business days (Russia, Lebanon, Kuwait, Columbia - 60 days). This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months).
Many of our products are sourced and shipped directly from overseas business partners and designers which allows us to provide you with great prices! Unfortunately, sometimes this may also result in a longer delivery time, so we appreciate your patience.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 3 hours as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at lidstreetshop@gmail.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or USD15 redelivery fee to cover postage costs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

30 days returns on most orders.

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer returns on orders within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note, that the items bought on promotion (discounts, buy 1 free 1, purchase with discount codes and others) cannot be returned.

Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address only if the Lid Street customer service staff have authorized the return.

Easy returns process:

Step 1: Make sure the item is unused with the original tags still attached.

Step 2: Send an email to lidstreetshop@gmail.com with the order number, item title and reason for return for our reference.

Step 3: Send the item in the original package via your desired shipping carrier with a tracking number.

Once we receive the package, you will receive the amount to the same credit PayPal account that you used to make the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to accept your return and make the refund. The funds will be displayed in your bank account within 3-4 business days or sooner after we make the refund.

Problem with the products received:

Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.

  • Please ship the package to the designated address provided.
  • Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return.
  • We will provide a partial refund as long we receive the return.
  • Please provide all relevant tracking information.

Size Issues

To reduce the possibility of disputes, please take clear photographs of the items while placed on the ground and place a ruler or measuring tape to measure out the differently sized part. The photos should then be submitted to the email address provided. We will provide a reply to your problems as soon as possible. Normally it will take 2-3 business days. Please note the following criteria relating to size differences:

  • Custom made items: Deviation from the original size by over 2 cm;
  • Not custom made items: Deviation from the original size by over 3 cm.
Please ship the package to the address provided via email. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a PARTIAL (50%) refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

Missing items, wrong items or package sent:

A PARTIAL refund is offered for missing or wrongly shipped items.
We will provide a reshipping service in the event of missing or wrongly shipped accessories, a PARTIAL refund on the item fare is offered in the event of accessories being unavailable for reshipping.
Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package.
